Courtyard Arts is a charity set up by a group of passionate, local artists seeking to create a space for all to enjoy art in a friendly, open environment.
We wanted to increase the benefits that we could offer our members, however this was difficult with our outdated website. Manually booking a full timetable of 30 art classes a week across a wide range of specialisms to adults and children, made up for a lot of our administration time. Our staff were frustrated that there was no time left to follow up on, or take advantage of new opportunities that would improve on the lack of benefits available to our members, and needed a more efficient way of delivering essential information to our students.
We needed to be brought into the 21st century.
Our initial contact unfortunately could not offer a solution that met all of our needs, however through recommendation we contacted OGEL IT and they were able to provide us with a comprehensive proposal that met all of our demands, including making many suggestions that we had not considered, and gave us the confidence to implement these.

We worked closely with the customers to capture their business needs, finding solutions to their pain points, and advising on areas of improvements. Then we designed, created and hosted a website and supporting systems that met the business requirements and adopted the appropriate technologies and licenses to support their operation.
Courtyard Arts legacy website was completely moved over to the newly designed modern website within the agreed timeline, migrating all existing content and launching their new online services. This included a CRM system to facilitate online bookings and a fully dynamic front page showing the most current and approaching updates. The system now allows effortless web content management by Courtyard themselves.
