We’re looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer whom is looking to develop their technical capability further. The successful candidate for this role will be based at one of our customers offices in London (Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30) and will be the primary point of contact for all customer technical issues and escalations. Additional support / cover will be provided remotely by our helpdesk team and engineers at other customer sites.
Our shift left approach will enable access to back-end systems to be able to develop your skills and capability with the support of our 3rd line technical team. Candidates will need to hold or obtain some key Microsoft and industry standard certifications which we will support them in obtaining within the first six months.
