Unless you identify yourself, all reports received through the Speak Up! Channel are considered confidential and anonymous.
If you wish to remain anonymous, please do not report information in a manner that may personally identify you. For example:
- Do not include your relationship to persons identified in your report
- Do not include your physical location relative to persons of incident in your report
OGEL IT’s Speak Up! Channel is an internal framework designed to investigate and resolve issues or concerns submitted for review by the internal Speak Up! Committee. Any reports received that implicate members of the Speak Up! Committee will be immediately referred to an external case manager. By placing your report, you consent and agree that your information may be transferred and processed by an external case manager in accordance with the OGEL IT Speak Up Privacy Policy.
Any false or misleading information submitted may lead to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
Further, you acknowledge and agree that OGEL IT may process, store and otherwise use the reported information as they deem appropriate to investigate and take appropriate action in response to your report.
