Do you have a concern about a possible violation of the OGEL IT Code of Business Conduct or the underlying policies?
OGEL IT are committed to conduct business with integrity and fairness and with respect for the law and our values.
Despite all our efforts, you may one day witness conduct that concerns you, or seems to violate our Code of Business Conduct, its underlying policies or the law.
In situations where you may observe or suspect misconduct, we encourage you to speak up. All concerns reported will be dealt with appropriately and confidentially, and should you prefer to report your concerns anonymously, you are able to using our Speak Up! Channel.
Non – Retaliation
Retaliation against reporters is treated as a violation to our Code and consequently may lead to disciplinary measures
At OGEL IT we are committed to our Code of Business Conduct and the values it instils in our methods of conducting business and upholding our reputation.
The Code envelopes what we stand for and is what is expected from all of us, individually and as a team, in every marker and at every level.
We know that making the right decision takes courage, but we are confident that this Code can give you the guidance you need to do so. When in doubt, be open and discuss possible dilemmas with your colleagues, manager or HR representatives. If you have concerns about possible violations to our Code or the underlying policies, speak up through our Speak Up! channel.

How to Speak Up!
Use our Speak Up! Channel to report any misconduct or suspected violation of our Code of Business Conduct
OGEL IT Speak Up! Policy
Our Speak Up! Channel is available to everyone, whether you are an employee of OGEL IT or not.
Employees are encouraged to raise any concerns they have with their manager or HR to discuss any suspected misconduct. However, we know that sometimes this can be intimidating and you may feel more comfortable using an alternative method. Which ever way you choose, what is most important is that you speak up!
For more guidance on on how to speak up and the process, please read the OGEL IT Speak Up! Policy or contact HR who will be able to email you more content and guidance.
Reading the OGEL IT Code of Business conduct will also help in giving you a better idea of what is considered misconduct. If you are unclear of whether you have witnessed misconduct or not, please feel confident in approaching your Manager or HR for further advice or guidance. If you are not comfortable in approaching anyone directly, use the Speak Up! Channel.
Please be reassured that no one will be penalised for raising concerns in good faith about suspected misconduct via the Speak Up! Channel
